Recipe Of The Week- 5 Healthy Buffet Snacks

Christmas Eve is a great time to have a small buffet with friends and family before the big dinner on Christmas Day. There are lots of simple ways to make your buffets a little more interesting , child friendly and also a little bit healthier too!

  1. Grinch kabob. All you need are mini marshmallows, strawberries, banana slices, and green grapes to make a festive, fun, and simple snack ready in minutes.

2. Fruit candy cane. Alternate slices of strawberry and banana to make the shape of a candy cane on a plate.

3. Snap pea Christmas tree. Arrange snap peas, a star made of cheese, and pretzel sticks to produce a lovely tree for snacking.

4. Celery stalk Christmas tree. This lovely celery tree needs only three ingredients to turn a veggie snack into a Christmas treat.
