We specialise in taking on new learners, low confident and sedentary clients. That need that motivation and confidence built up over time and to learn from the basics again. So if you a little over weight, not exercised before and want to get into shape then we can help.
From regular to another level ..
We've developed our skills and knowledge over the past few years from sports and strength conditioning to understanding the importance of good recovery and nutrition. So maybe you need that extra guidances and coaching towards hitting those targets and PB's. We can tailor our sessions for you and work towards something realistic and specific.
