Sports Massage & Therapy 

With regular exercise and training your body goes through a lot of rebuilding and stress, which is part of the process to improving the body. Taking a little time out can be hard to do and upset a built up routine that you've worked hard for. Saying that, active recovery is recommended, which follows a sports massage for deep tissue, releasing joint stiffness and reducing stress then over the next day or two moving more with either pilates or yoga, even a gym session.
